The Bellingham Business Journal is the source of business news in the Bellingham community. Published on the second Friday of each month, we reach decision makers throughout the area. We estimate that our circulation of 5,000 copies reaches five to six readers per issue, bringing our readership up to approximately 30,000 readers per issue.

The Bellingham economy is a diverse mix of light and heavy industry, high-tech business, education, retail, and agriculture. In the past few years, downtown Bellingham has enjoyed a renaissance, with an increase in the number of retailers and major employers calling it home.

Bellingham’s economic vitality and high quality of life have not escaped national notice. The area was voted the top-rated city in the United States by Outside magazine, was named one of the top places to live and retire by Rand McNally, and was placed in Forbes magazine’s coveted list of top cities in which to start a business. Clearly, Bellingham’s continued ascent has only just begun.
