Sound Publishing has an immediate opening for a full-time Circulation Director based in Kitsap County.  The successful applicant must have 3 years of circulation management experience.  The Circulation Director will be responsible for building paid circulation through marketing promotions and initiatives in all our West Sound publications.  Position reports directly to the Vice President of West Sound Operations and is responsible for training circulation managers, monthly office visits, transitioning newspaper delivery to route and sub route level, setting up and verifying circulation, route surveys for voluntary paid newspapers, handling the annual CVC audit, as well as other circulation duties.
