Covington-Maple Valley-Black Diamond Reporter

Covington-Maple Valley-Black Diamond Reporter

The Covington-Maple Valley Reporter published its first edition in 2005. From the beginning, the Reporter’s mission has been to give readers stories they can’t get anywhere else, to allow them to keep track of where their tax dollars are going, to give them a peek into the lives of their friends and neighbors, to see themselves and their children on the front page of the paper. Its coverage area includes two of Washington’s newest cities, as Covington and Maple Valley officially incorporated on the same day in August 1997. These south King County cities, along with nearby Black Diamond, maintain roots in a rural lifestyle yet embrace technology and economic vitality. Residents enjoy a high quality of living and participate in a variety of natural recreation opportunities, with views of Mount Rainier beckoning in the near distance.

Because of the consistency of running an ad in the Reporter Papers on a weekly basis for almost 8 years, I have been able to keep my name in front of thousands of readers. This has been such an important element of my business plan and I know it works! I don’t just get “new” clients calling me … I get friends & acquaintances who are reminded I’m in business because they see my ad regularly, and then they call me when they need me!
