Sound Won 275 Industry Awards in 2017!
The winners of the 2017 WNPA (Washington Newspaper Publishers Association) Better Newspaper Contest were announced and Sound Publishing, Inc. secured 261 awards. Ninety-four of those were 1st place, while six were earned for General Excellence!
The Daily Herald (Everett) earned five Blethen Awards for Distinguished Journalism, as well as three awards in the 2017 Associated Press Northwest photo contest.
