ADVERTSING DIRECTOR
Sound Publishing, Inc. is the largest community news organization in Washington State and is currently looking for an experienced Advertising Director based daily out of our office, in Federal Way, WA. Qualified candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant sales management experience and excellent marketing skills.

ABOUT THIS POSITION:
As an Advertising Director, you will be required to drive digital advertising revenue, develop and provide ongoing sales training support to our sales team. This position is Salaried, Exempt with an expectation of 40 hrs per week. Start time approximately 8 am.
The job requires:
- At least 4 years of relevant sales management experience.
- Comfortability with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to learn new computer programs.
- Consistently able to meet deadlines while managing several multi-faceted projects simultaneously.
- The ability to direct, mentor, coach, train and motivate staff as well as establish and nurture a digital sales culture of achievement, growth, ethics, and quality
- A valid WA driver’s license, a clean driving record, and current vehicle insurance.
