MULTI MEDIA SALES CONSULTANT – DIGITAL ONLY SALES
Be a part of the largest community news organization in Washington and a leader in multi-media advertising! Sound Publishing, Inc. is looking for self-motivated, results-driven candidates who are interested in providing consultative digital marketing solutions to new and existing businesses in East King County, including Bellevue, Redmond, Bothell, Kirkland and Issaquah. This position is a hybrid position with 1-2 days in office and the remainder of the week would be worked remotely. Develop and sell effective digital advertising packages using our Sound Publishing publication sites as well as extended reach using targeted digital display, video and audio tactics available within our family of media products. You’ll be implementing tactics such as pay-per-click, SEO, video, display, and social media programs for a variety of clients. You must have a passion for all things digital including learning new tactics, keeping up with changes in this dynamic environment, and most of all helping clients grow their businesses using digital marketing.

We’re looking for candidates with:
- Strong sales, excellent customer service and phone solicitation skills.
- Advanced knowledge of online advertising sales including our owned publication sites capabilities, PPC, programmatic tactics, content, and data services.
- Identify new business opportunities, aggressively pursue them and close new partnerships
- Provide strategic advice and help customers achieve their marketing goals.
- Interpret marketing-analytics data and convey campaign wins to partners in order to retain clients and grow existing clients’ monthly investment
- Minimum 5+ years of experience selling digital media or services
- Passion for all things digital
- Computer proficiency in database and spreadsheet software programs.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work well under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation, who is goal-oriented, proactive, and possesses good problem-solving skills
As part of our sales team, you are expected to maintain and grow existing client relationships, as well as develop new client relationships. We offer a base wage of $45,000 combined with monthly commissions, a hiring bonus and 3 month commission guarantee, a benefits package that includes health & life insurance, a 401k retirement plan with company match, paid vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays.
