Sound Publishing, Inc. is Washington state’s largest publisher of community newspapers. Starting on Whidbey Island in 1987, Sound has grown to publish 49 community newspapers in Washington State.
Sound prints all of its own papers and numerous other publications at our centrally located, state-of-the-art Printing Facility in Everett, Washington. Located just seven minutes northwest of the I-5/I-405 interchange at Paine Field, the plant features two press lines and complete prepress, publication handling, mailing and transportation services, enabling us to meet the needs and demands of publishers across the state.
Our facility is fully equipped to handle production of publications suited to cold web offset printing. The plant’s presses currently print two daily newspapers, and during the Vancouver Olympics we printed the Financial Times for special distribution in Vancouver, B.C. We know what it takes to meet a daily deadline.
The plant works three shifts and is turning out printed products 24 hours a day. Our staff of printing professionals has decades of experience handling projects from the simplest 4-page tabloid to multi-section, full-color Sunday broadsheets.
Sound Publishing, Inc. is ready to partner with you and provide the best in printing services. Not only do we offer a comprehensive off-site printing solution, we can also handle additional requirements including inserting, addressing, mailing and delivery.
Our printing service is trouble free and top quality. We’ll work with you and design workflows to provide smooth and cost-effective services.
